Waynesburg, Pa., June 9. – the blond charm of Miss Mary Morofsky of Nemacolin, is matched by her ability and competence to serve as a juror, and this week in the Greene county courts she helped solve an acute manpower shortage among jurors by serving as “foreman” of the June grand jury. At 25 she is the youngest person ever to serve as a grand jury foreman in the county’s history and possibly the youngest woman in Pennsylvania ever to serve in this capacity. She is employed by a mercantile firm at Nemacolin, site of one of the world’s largest and most modern bituminous mines.
